The LRMD-6S intelligent high-precision rivet puller (referred to as the detector) is a newly developed and produced new type of testing instrument. Suitable for testing the pulling force of rivets for fixed insulation materials in construction projects, the bonding strength of wall insulation materials, and the bonding strength of exterior wall decorative tiles, various boards, paints, and other materials. The detector adopts a mechatronics integrated design, and the entire set of instruments is integrated as a whole. The mechanical components including the handle, sensor, digital pressure gauge, stainless steel screw, and reaction support form a "door" structure. At the same time, embedding the measurement display circuit into the instrument allows for direct observation and data storage. The detector has the characteristics of light weight, easy to operate handle, and convenient use.
